Dr. Jacques is an awesome doctor. So glad I found her. She is patient thorough and spent an hour with me discussing my medical issues going over my MRI and explaining the treatment. I can't be more pleased with Dr. Jacques.

If UCSF staff schedulers nurses practitioners etc know that we are disabled and live far away and they also knew/know that more scans were needed to be done the appointment then could have been productive via having us do the rest of the late mentioned scans while we were there/in S.F.

Dr. Jacques is the most knowledgeable and compassionate doctor I have on my team

This was the first time in years I've felt cared for by my doctors. I left feeling incredibly suppored by my medical team.

I did not really need to meet with the doctor so only spoke with her briefly. I needed to meet with the rep from Abbott.

Dr. Jacques disregarded the fact that I have a chiari malformation cupping in both eyes and mid brain sagging. I have memory loss poor hand-eye coordination etc. She merely stated there was nothing she could do for me. I felt hopeless and cried. So much for cutting edge medicine at UCSF!

Dr referred me to another surgeon. I waited 6 weeks for this appointment which was for my chronic headaches. If I needed to see someone else I would rather be told up front to have the appointment booked vs waiting 6+x.

I never received a call regarding setting up physical therapy appointments

The doctor came to the appointment having already decide on a very involved course of treatment without providing any other options or heeding my concerns.

very vague. I was told that I would be contacted. I got a note to forward an order for a Chinese MRI to the place I usually go for my MRIs. NO OTHER COMMUNICATION was sent. This makes for a confusing and frustrating situation for me. I called and left a message at Dr. Jacque's office but received no return call.

My problem has been ongoing and difficult to diagnose. The doctor was great in trying to ask as many questions about my pain as possible

the doctor was very knowledgeable

I thought I was well taken care of. Of course I would like to make a quicker recovery from my symptoms but this may not be possible.

Provider was difficult to understand because of her accent. Lacked caring and concern. Did not give me instructions as to what must be done before the procedure and afterwards. I only read it on MYChart.

Provider seemed somewhat agitated and rushed.

I was very impressed with my Doctor. she understood my problem and I felt she will find everything with the test and if possible fix it

I wish she would have explained what the ultrasound injection was and if there was any side effects or possible negative effects it would have on my shoulder. Also if the CT Scan was for my neck. She also did not even address my neck pain just wanted to order the CT Scan and injection which I was very pleased about but I had no idea of her plan.

This and all my other appointments and surgeries with Dr Jacques have been some of my best experiences with healthcare providers. I feel like my pain and concerns are taken seriously and addressed. unlike at another institution Dr Jacques listens to me and cares about my goals for my injury/pain.

The doctor is very knowledgeable and our discussion was very informative. The doctor did spend enough time with mesince I knew she is a specialist and had a lot of patients to see it seemed like she needed to leave. I didn't know if that was me projecting or her.

Dr Jacques and her team are courteous professional and knowledgeable. She is wonderful to work with.

Poor connection.

Dr. Jacques is very caring and a top notch doctor/surgeon but due to the nature of my specific issue (neurology in general) a plan for my problem won't yet be known until she gives me a complete examination in person. Therefore I know not all there is to know about my issue or the plan at this time.
