Masaki Nakamura

Dr. Masaki Nakamura is a heart surgeon. He cares for patients with heart disease or coronary valve disease (when heart valves aren't working correctly), including those needing aortic surgery or heart transplantation.

Nakamura earned his medical degree at Kyoto University in Japan. He completed residencies at Kyoto University Hospital and Takamatsu Red Cross Hospital. He completed cardiovascular surgery fellowships at Kyoto University Hospital and Takamatsu Red Cross Hospital, followed by an advanced aortic surgery fellowship at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston.
