Like I said already Dr. Gu should receive an award for her contribution to the field of medicine and Dr Gu's service to patient care Dr. Gu is truly a professional

It was a brief meeting as the Provider suggested I meet with another physician at the practice therefore no treatment was provided or proposed

The doctor is always inclusive in making any decisions about my care. I have very confidence in her ability to care for my health needs.

As usual Dr. Gu was very helpful and explained very clearly all my health concerns

I depend from my doctor's advice to improve my health & stay healthy. I know she guides me towards living a healthy life. I'm happy with my doctor hoping she is available when I need her.

During my office visit Dr. Gu performed a Pap smear. She did not prepare my position properly despite telling her that my hips and legs were not in a good position she stuck the speculum hurriedly without care it was still wet with disinfectant and it gave me a burning sensation she did not care at all If I was In pain. My office visit consisted of a brief conversation with the provider and a Pap smear. The conversation covered my fit test zoster and pneumonia vaccine a bit about my diet and cholesterol and metabolic blood tests. She did not perform a physical exam or gynecological exam. But in my After Visit Summary and notes she entered data about the my body eyes ears nose heart etc. I asked her to remove and correct the information several times but she said in her messages that: the Pap smear Is the gynecological exam and the data listed under physical exam was a standard template.

Excellent provider but sad that she is not taking new patients.

The physician was very caring and so helpful

I feel that this doctor doesn't bring up tests that I should have but only addresses things I bring up. Unless I say that I need a mammogram or stool test I don't think she would bring it up. She agrees to all the items I bring up and makes referrals but because I didn't mention routine blood tests a Pap test what vaccines I should have she didn't bring it up either. I feel I am the only one who needs to advocate for my health that she isn't there to help with that.

I like when my doctor suggests ways to improve my health she reminds me of my good diet & regular exercise.

While I like the physician I don't feel she has a "holistic" approach. She never talks about exercise. She didn't listen to my heart or my lungs or do a breast exam which in the past would have been part of a physical.

Very much appreciate Dr Gu as my PCP very efficient good listener. Excellent response/communicator via MyChart messaging for followup.Two areas of improvement would appreciate: having my preventive blood work/tests taken before my annual preventative physical; post notes/AVS of my annual physical within a day or two of visit (was posted about a week later)

Dr. Gu is very good but not taking new patients. So I am not able to recommend to family and friends.

Again Dr. Gu had me wait for 35 minutes in the exam room. Once she arrived she barely examined me including parts of my body that had been hurting several days earlier.

Dr Gu has excellent doctor to patient communication.

I liked her and how I was treated.

She was not able to explain the reasons for denying my request. She took her laptop and left the room for 10 minutes without telling me where she was going or why she left the room. I kept telling her that we can move to my other concerns but she was stuck on the first topic. After 20 minutes back and forth she said my time was up and I had to make another appointment to come back to be checked for my annual. She didn't do a thorough examination. She kept repeating herself over and over again without any logic.

I still haven't been able to get my asthma medicine. It does concern me that for whatever reason I'm having trouble getting a refill for my medicine for a chronic condition. On this part of the visit I'm just not satisfied because I am now out of medicine and can't seem to get it.

This was my first meeting Dr. Gu and I was quite excited to finally have a in person check up. My first in years. My first concern is that when my nurse took my blood pressure it was quite high. She took my blood pressure twice and it was high both times. Dr. Gu never mentioned my blood pressure being high and I left the office without any discussion about my bp. A year ago I had some blood work done and my cholesterol was quite high. Dr. Gu prescribed Lipitor which I tried for a few weeks but discontinued because I did not like the side effects. Dr. Gu was told about me discontinuing the medication and told me she would follow up with blood work at a later date. This blood work was not done. We had no discussion about my cholesterol. I also spoke with her about a problem that I had been having for years where when my body gets stressed (either at work or with physical activity) I develop a fever. Sometimes depending on the level of stress the fever can be quite high or it could be low grade. I also get body aches like I have a flu. I mentioned this to her and she never said a word about it. I was hoping blood work was being done to point us in the right direction but no blood work was done other than testing me for STD's.

At this visit Dr Gu seemed especially busy thoughtful about the concerns I raised but eager to move ahead.

It was a very quick (5-10 minute) teleconference. I explained my symptoms and concerns about having a respiratory virus. Care provider had me take my own temperature and said I was OK. End of meeting.

Dr. Gu is excellent. I highly recommend her services as a professional.

Dr. Gu was very kind patient and thorough. She asked many questions and listened carefully to my answers. I feel that she understood me and took all of my concerns seriously. She explained my diagnosis and her recommended treatment.

Dr. Gu Is very caring and listened patiently to our concerns and ordered labs and services needed promptly. She and her staff responded promptly to MyChart messages which is very helpful.

I have attempted to give my feedback directly to Dr. Gu. She eventually moved me to longer visits. The shorter visits were anxiety provoking to say the least. At one point some time ago when I raised a concern I got a one line email response. I shared with her in that situation it was not enough and I experienced tragic consequences as a result of not understanding her brief advice. We are learning to work together better.

Was not able to provide the procedure I was hoping for (IUD removal) but did not offer to refer me to gynecology and left the room after the Pap smear before I could ask any questions

Did not have solution for getting appointments more easily. Nor is there a solution for alternative health system.

I have recommended Dr Gu to my friends and family.She is very professional thorough and caring. I appreciate how well she explains any concerns or questions I may have.

I asked Dr. Gu for a Pap Smear blood test for vitals and any shots I would need. I cleared my day to do all of that that day. She flippantly pushed it to another appointment day when there were no other patients in at the time. The appointment was not productive as the only things that happened were that the medical assistant measured my height weight and blood pressure.

Dr. Gu is very nice and excellent.

I've always trusted and appreciated Dr Gu's care and knowledge in being my primary care doctor. She's a good listener and her internal medicine background makes me feel confident that she is able to diagnose comprehensively testing needs appropriate medication or referral. She works with me on a solution. I'm grateful for her being my primary over the years.

She was looking at her computer the entire time of ROS. Didn't look at me or acknowledge the health complaint in any way. Thought I was speaking to a wall.

Dr is the best! She's incredible professional and listens. You're lucky to have her!

Dr is very polite but not really proactively discussing possible health issues preventive care possible risks of sleep apnea high lipids etc
