She's leaving the practice so I can't recommend her.

Just the timing

I had retinal detachment in both eyes and Dr. Neuwelt treated me well and has been very nice. I was able to reach her through mychart messages or phone to the office for any questions I have. I feel that I have received very good care.

Dr Neuwelt is leaving so irrelevant

Sadly provider is leaving UCSF so I'll new to find a new one.

Dr. Neuwelt was very cordial and thorough in her exam & explanations of my medical/opthalmologic concerns.

I have nothing but praise for my care provider -- Dr. Neuwelt and the clinical staff is excellent. But WOULD NOT recommend anyone use UCSF Ophthalmology because of difficulties communicating with the office and long waits.

I would recommend the doctor but not the clinic

I could not have been more thoroughly impressed with the doctor and her staff.

I have never met such an amazing doctor who genuine show that she cares about her patients. I really appreciate all she has done for my son and has been the best blessing we have received and just how well she took care of my son means sooo much to me. I feel my son was so lucky to her as his doctor. She definitely is one of a kind doctor. Blessed to be in her care.

The people I did see were great. I just never saw the primary care doctor.

She was just tops. Very impressed with professionalism and concern for my situation.

Dr. Neuwelt is excellent with expertise. She is very knowledgeable professional and friendly. She cares about my concerns and have ways to treat me properly.

The doctor was exceptionally good.

I am very glad that Dr. Neuwelt plans to see me every 6 months to see if I have retina tears or detachments.

Dr Neuwelt has been informative about my prognosis treatment options and recovery throughout my treatment for my torn retina. Very grateful that she has saved my eyesight in a traumatic situation!

Some of the vocabulary might be confusing to me as I don't know what "Add timolol OS BID" means but I know how often to take it! <3

Dr. Neuwelt is an asset for the UCSF. Excellent physician.Jenny the assistant was outstanding as well.

My provider is highly professional and attentive. I am very grateful to her.

Kinda not sure whether I am supposed to follow up. I do know that I am supposed to contact the office as and if incidents come up that I need addressed urgently (which happen regularly).

I have been somewhat unsure about what activities I can do.
