Only negative would be lack of reminder call the day before. I called the office myself the day of to confirm. I loved the staff. Very friendly and professional.

I have never been so comfortable with Dr. Diab, nurse [name redacted] and nurse [name redacted] . They have been nothing but kind and helpful through this time.

We waited for 25 minutes just to check in for appointment. Waited 15 more minutes to get to the room then another 45 for the doctor. We spent 5 minutes with the doctor who was obviously very knowledgeable but also abrupt. He almost had the attitude that he was doing us a favor by seeing our child. I would not go back to him and the amount of time we waited to be seen was ridiculous.

The appointment with Dr. Diab was great. The process for getting x-rays was suboptimal. We had to wait over an hour for x-rays and there was no way to schedule the x-ray visit. So we spent 2+ hours for an appointment with Dr. Diab that took four minutes. Why not tell patients to get an x-ray prior to the appointment and bring the images with them? We could have gone to an urgent care facility near our house the night before and had x-rays taken in a fraction of the time.
