Dr. Rita Khodosh is a dermatologist who enjoys treating all dermatological problems, ranging from common conditions – such as acne, rashes and skin cancer – to complex disorders that require collaboration with the patient's entire health care team. She performs surgical and cosmetic procedures.
Khodosh strives to match treatment options to each patient's specific needs. Committed to being a lifelong learner, she is continually updating her knowledge and skills to provide her patients with the very best of modern dermatological care.
After earning her doctorate in biology at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, she earned her medical degree at Harvard Medical School. She completed a residency in dermatology at Stanford Health Care.
In addition to caring for patients, Khodosh teaches doctors pursuing their residencies at Mark Zuckerberg San Francisco General Hospital and Trauma Center. She is the Director for safety and quality for the department of dermatology and the Faculty site lead for the China Basin clinic.
