I would recommend the provider however the lengthy delay times are an issue

Dr Sri Padmanabhan is obviously a good physician. However indubitably her practice suffers owing to having the worse possible admin support staff I've experienced.

This provider has consistently excelled in all dimensions of care. I've had a longer relationship and better access to my other favorite doctor but setting aside those environmental factors and focusing strictly on this provider's care it is superb.

I'm glad I have Dr.Padmanabhan she's so sweet and caring!

Dr Padmanabhan is the only reason I come to this practice. If she left I would too.

Provider was excellent. System is broken. Was not kept up to date on the waiting time or expected visit time.

Dr. Padmanabhan is an excellent caring physician and surgeon who performed two cataract surgeries due to my glaucoma condition.

Good experience

I've been impressed so far with every aspect of the care I've received from the provider and her resident. The only thing that in retrospect could have gone better: more practical tips on the administration of eye drops given I have strong blinking reflexes.

Your care providers have been consistently excellent and Dr. Padmanabhan is also. Your systems are what need attention. Your website is more confusing after your upgrade and the frequency and timing of text reminders is just weird.

the provider overall is excellent however her patient workload seems very heavy. I think she'd be more effective if she could focus on less patients.

Dr Padmanabhan is an excellent doctor. She has a gracious warm and respectful manner. She is fully comfortable in her role as a human being caring for other human beings. I feel so lucky to have found her.

Only problem was the TIME spent exposed to other people in the waiting area.

Dr. Padmanabhan is a gem. The clinic scheduling and monitoring protocols are a disgrace.
