Warm and informative

I felt there wasn't enough time to fully discuss the health concerns I had brought in but shortness of time was not communicated to me directly it was only clear from the doctor's body language and other nonverbal communication. That is very uncomfortable for me as a person with some degree of autistic spectrum effects. I can deal very well if I'm clearly told verbally that time is short but it's distressing if it is merely communicated with a nonverbal "vibe" in which the provider simply appears increasingly rushed. Furthermore this situation resulted in some serious concerns being only briefly and inadequately discussed when I wanted real answers to them which I could act upon.

I was a little disappointed that in the after summary the doctor mentioned what she evaluated and wrote I didn't express concern. I was expecting to be informed if there is something I should be concerned about. Many times you don't know what you have or if it should be discussed. But you trust professionals will inform you after they evaluate you.

Dr. Tiffany is great - i've seen her several times for skin issues and she's always thorough friendly and explains any issues very well. Her med student is also wonderful
