Rachel Douglas

Rachel Douglas is an audiologist who cares for patients experiencing hearing loss and related symptoms. She specializes in diagnostic audiology for adults, auditory rehabilitation, comprehensive vestibular assessments (to evaluate whether dizziness and balance problems may be related to the inner-ear vestibular system, which sends information to the brain about motion, head position and spatial orientation) and auditory brainstem response testing (to evaluate the hearing nerve's response to different sounds).

Douglas earned her doctor of audiology degree through the joint program of the University of California, San Diego and San Diego State University.

Douglas is a member of the American Academy of Audiology.

In her off-hours, Douglas enjoys spending time outdoors, visiting interesting places and trying new restaurants.
