You can make an appointment to see our integrative psychiatrist directly, with or without a referral from your medical doctor. If you are uncertain about whether integrative psychiatry may be right for you, consider scheduling a doctor consultation.

If you have already scheduled an appointment with us, please print out our intake forms and either bring them with you to your appointment or send them to us beforehand by fax or mail.
