    I only put a 4 "good" for follow-up care as I am a bit unsure at this point to what/when the follow-up is at this point. But the answer to my questions about follow-up visit options was encouraging at the time, just don't know exactly what/when the next steps are.

    I am grateful to my doctors ,nursing staff and hospital staff I wish I had a greater understanding of what to do at what point if I'm having a seizure. I have memory issues, so my sister, daughter and husband caretake me.

    Dr. Bush is wonderful. She comes out to greet us so that she can watch me walk. She is so friendly while she is evaluating me at the same time. I feel very comfortable in her care and trust her.
