Gift Shops
You'll find gift shops at our Parnassus, Mount Zion and Mission Bay campuses. These shops carry a wide range of items, such as fresh flowers, plants, gifts, magazines, books, toys, greeting cards, clothing, accessories and UCSF logo wear. Proceeds from the gift shops help fund amenities for our patients and their families.
In addition, the Friend to Friend Specialty Shop at UCSF Mission Bay provides wigs, mastectomy bras, breast prostheses, headwear and scarves for adult and adolescent cancer patients. Free products for low-income patients who qualify are available through referrals from social workers and other health care providers.

Friend to Friend Specialty Shop at Mission Bay
In addition to carrying gift items, toys, books about cancer, reading glasses, clothing and accessories, this shop specializes in wigs, mastectomy bras and prostheses, and head coverings for women and adolescent cancer patients. Free products for low-income patients who qualify are available through referrals from social workers and other medical providers. To be fitted for a wig, bra or head covering, it's best (but not required) to call for an appointment.
