Dr. Tu-Chan provided outstanding clinical care to me. She was complete and thorough in obtaining my history, performing an exam and reviewing the MRI/MRA with me. She comprehensively discussed what her impression and recommendations were in a straightforward and easy-to-understand fashion. She was warm, compassionate and supportive throughout the entire encounter.

The care provider sometimes folded her arms when talking to me. I can't recall any doctor or nurse doing that my entire life.
