About me

Adrian Yepes is a nurse practitioner who cares for patients with a wide range of mental health needs, with particular interest in mood disorders, anxiety disorders, trauma-related conditions and ADHD across the lifespan. He collaborates with a patient's care team to provide comprehensive psychiatric assessment, diagnosis and treatment for adults, including medication management.

In research, Yepes focuses on understanding how mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma and ADHD affect people's daily lives and how treatment can be tailored to each person’s unique needs. He's especially interested in studying ways to integrate psychiatric care with primary care so patients can receive timely, compassionate support where they already receive most of their health care.

Yepes earned his master of science in nursing at UCSF.
