I didn't actually see Dr. Chari's name on this service, but all my responses refer to him. He was outstanding in all the ways indicated. I'd just watched a webinar in which he was the main presenter, and I noticed how fast he spoke and how much technical jargon he used. In my video appt with him, neither was true. He spoke at normal speed, and he used only the jargon really necessary - and he explained everything anyway, and very clearly. He was really excellent. I felt listened to and respected, as did my husband who sat in on the video visit. I'd recommend Dr Chari with no hesitation at all, and look forward to checking back in with him in 4 months.
