The doctor is kind, compassionate, intelligent, and overall has provided very good medical care. However, the doctor is busy and spends most of the appointment time typing his clinical note and looking at the computer screen, rather than talking with me or listening to me about my complicated medical problems. Unfortunately, when I ask the doctor questions he does not fully address them. He does not provide a detailed explanation ,except for the very briefest of response.

Please check with your health insurance plan regarding coverage for this type of care. Not all providers at UCSF Health are covered by every insurance plan.
