About me

Dr. Arthur E. D'Harlingue is a neonatologist, a specialist in the care of premature infants and newborns with serious conditions. He serves as director and chief of neonatology at UCSF Benioff Children's Hospital Oakland, where he provides care in the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) and fetal medicine clinic. He has particular interests in neonatal nutrition, respiratory disorders and extracorporeal membrane oxygenation, a machine that supports heart and lung function in babies who are critically ill.
