5 star service which included everyone that I came into contact with. You are doing a BRILLIANT job with your patient services, don't change a thing. Thank you for making a doctor's visit feel like I was visiting friends, or people who actually care about me. I drove home with a huge smile, and kept thinking how amazing you all were.

I had a positive experience with both the doctor, and the nurse. They were both good listeners, the nurse was especially caring and sensitive. The doctor got right down to business and did what I think was correct.

He was phenomenal. Bedside manner 10 out of 10. Gentle. Kind. Caring. Communicative. Listened to my concerns, gave me options, helped me make informed decisions.

Dr. Kusari is an outstanding representative of the exceptionally hign standards found in the Caregivers sourced and employed by UCSF.Dr. Kusari enters a room leading w/ curiosity, which immediately makes the patient feeling "seen". Given the workload that everyone is under, the fact that these Caregivers are able to take a few minutes to really listen is quite a feat. I've a history in leading-edge tech dev., and as such am used to intelligent people with a lot of passion for what they are doing. I find people w/ that mindset are engaged. That's what I found w/ Dr. Kusari. I came away w/ knowledge & perspective I didn't have prior my visit. That's my definition of a Caregiver' from @ least one perspective. I thank UCSF's H.R. Department for locating and employing so many exemplary examples of skilled professionals who define the words "Care Giver", of which Dr. KUSARI is a prime example.

Please check with your health insurance plan regarding coverage for this type of care. Not all providers at UCSF Health are covered by every insurance plan.
