Weekend road tripper and lover of good food
Ayana Davis is a registered dietitian who provides medical nutrition therapy to cancer patients. She works closely with her patients to help them optimize their diet during all stages of treatment. Targeting individual wellness goals, she tailors nutrition care to each patient's condition and life circumstances.
Davis earned her master's degree in nutrition and food sciences from the City University of New York's School of Urban Public Health at Hunter College. She joined UCSF in 2014 and previously cared for patients with chronic health conditions, including diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, chronic kidney disease and digestive issues.
In her free time, Davis enjoys outdoor recreation, shopping at the local farmers market, and cooking her family fresh, delicious meals using whole foods.
