Becca Hess Amirault is a nurse-midwife who provides prenatal and postpartum care. She focuses on empowering patients for their birthing experience by giving them information on medical practices that integrate current research with individual needs and values, and by partnering with them in decision making. She works with patients to create personalized plans that make them feel supported.

Amirault earned a bachelor's degree in nursing from Columbia University. She earned her master's degree from the Certified Nurse-Midwife/Women's Health Nurse Practitioner Program at the UCSF School of Nursing.

Amirault is a member of the American College of Nurse-Midwives and founder of the San Francisco Doula Group.
