Brandon Sessler is a senior physician assistant at the UCSF Spine Center, where he has worked since 2014. He cares for patients with surgical and nonsurgical conditions of the cervical, thoracic and lumbar spine. He is particularly interested in cervical spine conditions (those involving the neck vertebrae).

Sessler earned his master of medical science degree in physician assistant studies at Midwestern University in Illinois.

Sessler has worked in either neurosurgery or orthopedic surgery his entire career. He is grateful to have trained under outstanding physicians at Rush University Medical Center in Chicago and at UCSF.

Sessler is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and California Academy of Physician Assistants. He also serves on the advanced health practitioners advisory board for UCSF.
