Both physicians, Dr Winn and Dr. Kelly, were exceptional as well as the PA, Farah Dourra.

I like Dr Winn very much, he is excellent. More info about my two options for treatment would have been very helpful.

Dr. Winn, Dr. Kelly and Farah were phenomenal. Dr. Winn is my provider, he has been taking care of me from the beginning. He is so assuring and comforting and friendly. I know I can improve as a patient by asking more questions because he is so wonderful at answering them, but I guess I Was too afraid to ask or I'm not sure why I didn't. See Dr. Winn addressed my questions with assurance and grace, but he didn't tell me what he would be doing, just more so: oh we can do that procedure in office. But I didn't know what to expect with remove the fat that had transferred to a part of my eyelid, I had no idea it would involve a machine and stiches or that I would have stiches for a week or that I can't put make up on for 2 weeks. So while I could be better with asking more questions, Dr. Winn could also provide a bit more details to set better expectations.

Dr. Winn speaks with empathy and treats patients with care and respect. I appreciate that he takes the time to treat patients like people and less like a job
