Carlie Martinez is a nurse practitioner who provides same-day evaluations and treatment for chronic and acute conditions, including injuries. She often works in collaboration with specialists or other primary care providers.

Martinez's research interests include improving care for marginalized patient populations and promoting social justice in medicine.

Martinez earned an associate's degree in nursing and a bachelor's degree in business management from the University of North Georgia and her master's degree in nursing from UCSF. At the Yale School of Nursing, she completed the doctor of nursing practice program.

In her free time, Martinez enjoys traveling, trying out new recipes, and snuggling with her French bulldog, Penelope.
