I have nothing but good to share about Dr. Charles Rickert. He has been the one of two best doctors I've had at UCSF . He has it all professionalism, kindness, compassion, humor, listens and most importantly he is respectful. After my visit with him I leave with hope, peace and strength to keep going.God has blessed me with Dr. Chuck .You should also know that the Physician Assistant Eliana Agudelo has also been very helpful and kind. I appreciate all they do for me. Thank you for allowing me to share this information.

Dr has been exceptionally kind, caring, professional person. Dr. Chuck listens to our concerns and most importantly makes sure we are all in agreement with care plan. My son gets all his questions answered respectfully and not ignored. I love Dr. Chuck and I keep him dear to my heart and prayers for all he has done for me. He lights up my life and gives me the strength to move forward. Thank you for providing me a Great Doctor. I hope you really read my surveys.

He was very friendly and touched base on all of the pertinent post transplant topics for 2 months out ... Incision, medication, health etc. As well as, answering all of my questions. Definitely a 5!
