Dr has been exceptionally kind, caring, professional person. Dr. Chuck listens to our concerns and most importantly makes sure we are all in agreement with care plan. My son gets all his questions answered respectfully and not ignored. I love Dr. Chuck and I keep him dear to my heart and prayers for all he has done for me. He lights up my life and gives me the strength to move forward. Thank you for providing me a Great Doctor. I hope you really read my surveys.

Dr. Chuck was super easy to communicate with.

He was very friendly and touched base on all of the pertinent post transplant topics for 2 months out ... Incision, medication, health etc. As well as, answering all of my questions. Definitely a 5!

Dr Rickert has been a gem throughout this process. I've always felt I am in safe hands.

For the first time in this slow evaluation process, Dr Sood and Dr Rickert each told me that my tests so far scored very high, so my kidney would be not just welcome, but prized. I would have liked some of this encouragement earlier!Dr Rickert was informal and smart, and he respected my understanding of the task. As bonuses, he showed me the transplant statistics website, drew (at my request) the anticipated scar locations, and conveyed, as I said above, that my kidney really Is needed and my health outcome matters to him and the program. That he had performed the operation at least twice earlier that week, and again that morning, made him a beacon for me.

I knew Dr. Rickert would have to be an excellent surgeon to be on this team, but the time and care he takes with his post-transplant patients is really exceptional.

Dr Chuck is a blessing. He has everything every doctor should be. Professional, kind, caring, respectful and very knowledgeable about humanity. I LOVE Dr. Chuck and would highly recommend him to anyone who would need his services. Lastly my son and I trust Dr. Chuck 100%. He is beyond Very Good.

Dr.Rickert is excellent in listening and answering questions. He took time to explain in detail about the what and why. I am so impressed. I gained a better understanding of my after surgery care etc.
