Due to parking issue, I was 28min late to my appointment. My doctor was very nice & thoughtful & see me after she finished with all her patients & don't mind staying later to see me & answer all my questions patiently & explain anything I don't understand thoroughly until I get it.

Dr. Liu is always caring, freindly, through and clear with instructions. She remembers small details about your life and briefly asks you about that topic. Makes you get the feeling of caring.
