    About our process

My visit was disappointing. The practitioner was eager for the visit to end. When I asked a question regarding a treatment option the MD responded, "That's not worth discussing." and when we discussed options he seemed irritated with the one I selected. At the end of the visit when he inquired if I had any questions, I was tempted to say, "Are you having a bad day?"

Dr O'Neill was amazing. He was extremely considerate and effective in the manner in which he explained my condition and the various treatment alternatives. He set the stage perfectly so that I could make a decision that I felt was very informed. My sense of confidence started when I was first engaged by Chris who was exceedingly thorough in the information he requested and the manner in which he transcribed it. I felt thar he got the total picture of what was requires and reported it accurately. We also shared shares a common bond that we were Buffalo BillMs fans
