Dr. Danièle M. Rottkamp specializes in caring for patients with diabetes and other hormonal disorders.

In her research, Rottkamp studied energy balance (the body's regulation of energy taken in and expended) and neurological function at the cellular level.

Rottkamp earned her medical degree from the University of Pennsylvania. She completed a residency in internal medicine at the University of Virginia, serving as chief resident. She completed a residency in endocrinology at UCSF.
