Dr. Elham Vosoughi is a hematologist-oncologist who cares for patients with breast cancer.

Vosoughi earned her medical degree at the Mazandaran University of Medical Sciences in Iran. She completed a residency in internal medicine at San Joaquin General Hospital and a fellowship in hematology-oncology at the University of California, Irvine School of Medicine.

Outside of work, Vosoughi is an avid traveler who has visited more than 20 countries and enjoys cross-country road trips and RV camping. She also practices martial arts, and holds a brown belt in Shito-Ryu karate.

    I love Dr. Vosougi & am VERY happy to be her patient. She is so patient oriented it's a blessing. She talks WITH you & looks directly at you while doing so. That makes a HUGE difference to me because I have other drs who are so busy entering data on their computer that they hardly make eye contact with me. She also restates what I tell her so that I can tell that she's heard what I'm talking about. I hope that she stays with the practice for a long, long time. If I could rate her a 10 out of 5, I would!

    From my breast cancer diagnosis through my six chemotherapy infusions and follow up appointments Dr. Vosoughi has provided stellar care. She truly listens, and is compassionate and caring, She is very thorough in her explanations and addressed all my questions and concerns. Dr V and her NP responded quickly to all of my messages and calls. I felt involved in decisions pertaining to my treatment plan and managing the side effects.
