    About our process

Dr. Mathes is very thorough and thoughtful and a good communicator. Even in dealing with a routine issue (acne) I felt she took it seriously and was very friendly in talking things through. Much appreciated!

Dr. Erin Mathes was phenomenal. Her care and knowledge is the reason why we choose to treat at UCSF. I felt like my daughter was in the best hands possible. I'm very grateful to doctors who are so fantastic.

I forgot to ask about pain management and the provider didn't mention it. But I got the information I needed from another UCSF provider.

Thank you to the entire staff for a pleasant experience from start to finish. The goodie bag in reception was also very thoughtful; it really helped fill the time for my 4-year-old.

My child was very frightened to get treated The doctor was very kind and friendly and gained my child's trust for treatment.

My son has seen multiple docs. Granted they have the credentials to serve but it's not the same. It would be more beneficial just to see one doc who knows the history and can anticipate treatment outcome. It's similar to having a regular assigned teacher but when the student arrives to school a sub is in the classroom to conduct instruction.
