Dr. Wong has been professional personable caring. She explains things in terms I easily understand. She has also worked to make surgeries and treatments work for my schedule for which I'm very grateful. I am pleased with my recovery post surgery and I can only guess that a lot of that has to do with her her skill and caring.

I cannot possibly recommend someone when I don't know the quality of the services she will provide

This experience was quite different than the one I had with providers during my mamagram/sonogram/biopsy who were ver caring understanding and explained things very clearly. For the amount of information I received I left the clinic feeling very unsettled and uncertain about level of care I would receive going forward . She explained my options (surgery or watchful waiting) but gave me little to no information to help me make that decision. She didn't appear to be very empathic. I have asked to change doctors and get a second opinion but I understand that is against policy. I had surgery last year and also had a great experience with UC doctors and staff. This was an anomaly.

Dr. Wong as my 2nd opinion was instrumental in providing me surgical options that had not been presented to me from my Kaiser surgeon. She was compassionate listened answered my questions so that I could understand. Took her time with me. Recommended other Kaiser surgeons who also practice similar techniques as she was recommending.

As many doctors but not all have shown that they can't disagee if other doctors made decisions on treatments that turned out unecessary procedures and with side effects not discussed either in the first place and they won't listen to your side of it. Treat you like you are stupid or ignorant and trying to sue or something or like your grievance isn't important. Because the hospital and work they do for that don't have complaints is what matters.
