About me
Dr. Kamesh Krishnamurthy is a neurologist who cares for patients with acquired brain injuries, including traumatic brain injuries, strokes, spinal cord injuries, and neurological injuries related to cardiac arrest.
In his research, Krishnamurthy investigates neurological injuries with the ultimate goal of developing new treatments. He is also actively involved in medical education, teaching and mentoring UCSF medical students, residents and fellows. Krishnamurthy earned his medical degree and doctorate in neurobiology at Duke University. He completed a residency in neurology at UCSF.Education & training
