Dr. Lauren Boreta is a radiation oncologist. She has a special interest in palliative radiation therapy – which focuses on relieving pain and improving quality of life – for advanced cancer and cancers of the central nervous system.

Boreta earned her medical degree at UCSF. She also completed a residency in radiation oncology and served as chief resident at UCSF.

    Dr. Boreta was present attentive knowledgeable and caring. All I could have hoped for.

    Dr Boreta was excellent in all areas of the appointment. However her Fellow that preceded her was kind but had no business beginning that appointment with the experience that she had. It felt like she was reading from a memorized script and was lost from the very beginning
