    About our process

Dr. Ashbrook was very patient hearing my description of my issue and comprehensive in explaining what treatments she recommended and why. I was her last patient of the day, and we went way over the 30min mark, and I cannot thank her enough for going the extra mile to give me such good care, I feel badly that it cut into her time off work.

Dr. Ashbrooke was extremely clear in her expression; solicitous of questions; and sensitive to the special needs of communication with the senior patient suffering from Parkinson's disease. We had a thorough, direct discussion that included my partner but in no sense did I feel talked down to or talked about it as a third-party.

Provider was attentive and communicated clearly and as throughly as necessary. Was patient with noisy interference due to my failed attempt at complete privacy.

Dr. Ashbrook is wonderful. She explains everything and she explains everything to me. She made some changes to a medication for me and explained it perfectly but she put it into "My Chart" so I'd have the instructions.

Dr Ashbrook is very good. I come with a list of concerns and she addresses them, along with what she needs to discuss.

I have so appreciated Dr Ashbrook's validating and straightforward approach. Having a narcolepsy diagnosis and managing the symptoms has been sometimes deeply challenging, and getting care has been at times nerve wracking- will they treat me like I am making this up? But she has been so helpful and I feel less encumbered by the imposter syndrome and more focused on how to continue to live with this dysfunction.
