Dr. Lee was wonderful! He explained my medical condition in a way I could understand and listened to my concerns about treatment and offered options but didn't pressure me into any particular one. He didn't rush but took the time to explain. He had a great bedside manner. I appreciated the whole experience of the appointment with him.

I was initially somewhat concerned since the provider appeared very young and assumed he would lack depth of experience. I was pleasantly surprised at his ability to take all my information into consideration and assess the problem with a high degree of knowledge. I appreciated his thought process to approach the Issue in carefully planned out stages taking Into account many variables.

This was the first telehealth appointment that I had. Not sure if it was because the appointment wasn't actually scheduled and so he didn't have time to prepare. The visit felt chaotic as he was looking at computer and pausing a lot during his discussion. I gave a 4 because I don't think it was his fault
