So far so satisfactory

Dr. Cheng cares about my health. Having a detailed understanding of my past medical history and the health of my family members, and making the right judgment and treatment methods, I felt that I had found a good doctor. I am grateful to Dr. Cheng for everything he has done for me.

I appreciate my physician's care and his concern, and thorougness

Dr. Cheng is remarkable. I have left positive reviews for each visit I've had with him. I was particularly impressed for this visit. Two problems were joint and foot related. The history and exam he performed was with the skill of an orthopedist, and we discussed treatment alternatives.. A new problem was ED. He could have simply written a prescription. Rather, he took an appropriate history, turned the computer screen toward me so we could read appropriate info together, and he performed a respectful exam after offering a chaperone. He is unequivocally the best internist I've ever had. UCSF is fortunate to have this physician on the faculty.

I had many detailed questions/topics. Really appreciated Dr. Cheng working through all of them with me.

Dr. Cheng addressed all my concerns and explained the results of my tests. He gave me multiple options to address them. He was patient, didn't seem in a rush and was thorough.

Dr. Cheng listened to my questions and gave a good idea of the situation. He also followed up and addressed the test results after the visit.

Dr. Cheng is an remarkable physician. He listens carefully and provides explanations in detail (as requested). He came into the room with his questions for me already prepared. He was thorough, his explanations were clear, he answered all of my questions. For one of the questions he needed additional information, he shared computer screen with me while he was finding the appropriate information, and put It in the AVS for me to have as well. He arranged for standing lab orders to provide easy access for tests I might need on an as-needed basis. As you can see, I am tremendously impressed and appreciative. I hope these comments will be made available for him to see.

I feel fortunate have Dr. Mike Cheng as my physician.

I Am 73 years old and have had a number of internists. He is the best internist I have ever had care for me. I have referred others to him, and they, too, have been extremely pleased with him and his care. He is clearly evidence nased in his practice, shares the data with me, and makes sure I have understood him. He has reviewed my chart before coming into the room and has specific items. He wants to cover Is as well as making sure all of the questions I brought to the visit were covered.

The reason I did not give 5 for instructions is that I was feeling a bit uncertain when I left about my wearable BP device. (E.g., minimum # readings needed to be useful) I was also a bit surprised that we didn't set up planned follow up appointment.

My provider is excellent and he is best o have so far met, I would recommend him to any one, he is so througher and I would say excellent
