    I had an extremely positive new patient experience with Dr. Poorani Goundan. She was an excellent listener and communicator as we covered significant personal history and family history. She answered questions and provided her assessment and recommendation regarding treatment and next steps clearly and thoroughly. She was warm and approachable.

    The doctor was phenomenal. I've never had my condition and possible my treatment options explained so clearly. She checked to make sure I was understanding everything, because it was a lot of complex information. She took time answering all my questions.

    Dr. Goudan (sp?) provided FANTASTIC care - She was truly an expert and thoughtfully explained everything to me in language I could understand. She is new to the Practice and all I can say how lucky her Patients and the UCSF Team is to have her!
