I was so impressed by the questions Dr Long asked. His explanations and strategies were extremely impressive and well thought out.

This call was initiated by a woman getting an update on any meds, etc. Then I logged in and soon Dr. Long's physicians assistant came on and asked if she could initiate the discussion. I was fine with that and she was superb. She answered all my questions and had a great knowledge of the tests and my condition. I actually felt that I didn't need to talk to the doctor but I am glad I did as our discussion was actually able to focus on some other issues rather than the "medicine" and regime side..more of a practical side quality of life stuff etc It was a very gratifying experience for me. I am sure some doctors and their support staff are more comfortable with any discussions with patients and have more effective and approachable personalities. These two are exceptional and could give some classes!

Dr Long took the time to review all previous X-rays and MRIs and was able to provide some very valuable information that others had missed.
