Doctor spent a lot of time with me. Very courteous and helpful although some of the answers to my questions were a bit over my head. Generally excellent care, as per usual at UCSF

Dr. Long was extremely personable, listened closely, demonstrated empathy for my situation (a runner not able to run due to a chronic stress fracture). He made me laugh with his understanding of the mindset of runners, which eased anxiousness about the amount of time I will now have to spend in an air cast.
Please check with your health insurance plan regarding coverage for this type of care. Not all providers at UCSF Health are covered by every insurance plan.
