The team was excellent. I felt relaxed knowing I was In their hands. Glad that follow up instructions were both verbal and written to take with me I continue to refer to them and find them very helpful. I am glad they offer service in Berkeley facility so that I didn't have to go into SF

Tremendous provider, Dr Drew Saylor was my provider for my MOHS procedure the week prior and wanted to follow up, check healing, sutures and healing. As the prior visit she was warm, welcoming and professional. Mostly so reassuring and so very helpful and knowing the #s, the healing rate, the success rate and also descriptive of how I would heal and length of it all. Tremendous visit. I have a great group of PMDs and SubSpecialists at UCSF to care for my health, and she is amoung them now, one of the best.

Dr. Saylor not only put up with and responded to my numerous concerns, she said she appreciated my engagement. This is the ideal for a healer, in my view.

Dr. Saylor was an active listener and provided all necessary information before and during this procedure. In a friendly and thoughtful manner, too.
