About me
Dr. Edwin J. Hassid is a specialist in internal medicine who provides primary care. To ensure he delivers comprehensive care, he is committed to giving each patient the time they need and to listening carefully.
Hassid earned his medical degree at UCSF, where he also completed a residency in internal medicine and a fellowship in infectious diseases.
Hassid is proud to have many patients for whom he has cared through multiple significant life events. He still has two patients who began seeing him in 1976, his first year of practice. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling and travel photography.
This provider works with UCSF through the UCSF Health Community Medical Group, a multispecialty group connecting doctors and practices throughout the Bay Area.
