About me

Dr. Elizabeth Patberg, who goes by Libby, is a specialist in maternal-fetal medicine who cares for patients with complex obstetric conditions during the preconception, pregnancy and postpartum periods. Her role includes providing high-risk pregnancy consultations, prenatal care, ultrasound imaging and diagnostic genetic testing. She also tends to pregnant patients admitted to the hospital and manages complicated deliveries.

Patberg earned her medical degree at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine. She completed a residency in obstetrics and gynecology at Emory University School of Medicine. She completed an OB-GYN hospitalist fellowship at the University of California, Irvine and a fellowship in maternal-fetal medicine at NYU Grossman Long Island School of Medicine.

Before becoming a doctor, Patberg taught high school biology. Having carried her love of teaching into her medical career, she is delighted to help train the next generation of physicians.
