EXCELLENT visit with Dr. Erin Mathes. She made my daughter feel so comfortable and heard. Top notch communication and expertise. Very thankful to her!

Really appreciated the friendliness of the provider who asked personal questions about school and new enough about patient's school program to ask more probing (friendly) questions to establish rapport. It's important for people to realize that on a first time visit to a new specialty, adolescents often do not know what to expect or that they SHOULD ask QUESTIONS. As a parent, I feel I have to model this behavior so adolescents learn to take agency of their lives (although difficult when you don't know what you don't know). I very much appreciate the consulting the provider gave to my daughter and the level of detail into the "process" of the recommended treatment. TY

I never fill out surveys. But, Dr Bradley and Dr Mathes were exceptional so I feel compelled. They both took my questions very seriously and made me feel like they had as much time as necessary to give me the information I needed about my son. They took time to build rapport with him and make him feel comfortable. They didn't just tell me an answer. THey provided context and a full explanation and then were collaborative in determining next steps. It was the best doctor visit I have had in recent memory.

Dr. Erin Mathes and her staff provided my daughter excellent care. They were concerned and listened to what she had to say. My daughter has had pain, swelling and discomfort since 2013 related to a venous malformation and we have seen SO many doctors that were unable to help and did not know what to do with her. The treatment provided is helping my daughter experience less symptoms and is giving her a better quality of life.
