About me
Dr. Farnoosh Nik-Ahd is a urologist who cares for patients with noncancerous urological disorders. She has special interests in treating symptoms of an enlarged prostate gland (a condition called benign prostatic hyperplasia), lower urinary tract symptoms, kidney stones and scrotal conditions. In research, Nik-Ahd explores topics that include symptoms of and treatments for an enlarged prostate, prostate cancer in minority populations, and the impact of aging and frailty on surgical outcomes.
