Dr. Neuhaus was great technically and the biopsy was done quickly and painlessly so I'm very happy about that. My score reflects that I really felt like I was the last procedure of the day- the resident who came in did a wonderful job explaining all the risks/benefits etc and, possibly, that was her role and I should have scored that higher in the survey because I was well informed by her. However if I score Dr. Neuhaus, short of saying hello and asking how I'm doing, all further directions, comments, explanations were directed at his resident and staff, so I know he had predetermined how to approach this and got it done, then left to go to another room. He didn't give me any thoughts or explanations as to what he found, how it looked, what it might be etc.

I was even a little early but got in to see the doctor almost immediately. He was wonderful and did my procedure the same day. He was very thorough and compassionate as was the nurse assistant. Honestly, this appointment was the best part of my day!
