The provider seemed great, but wasn't familiar with my problem and couldn't help me directly. He did refer me to another unit of UCSF and was very honest about expectation setting.

Dr. Radford was simultaneously efficient and caring. He seemed to have a high degree of skill and I was happy I could get high quality care on the same day I needed it through video.

The doctor was lovely, he was concerned and totally involved me in his deliberations, also warning me about side effects from clindymison

My son and I spoke with Dr Jim Radford. He was amazing. He listened to me as the parent and had patience with me because I know I was stressed. He showed complete respect for me, and complete respect for my son. My son found him easy to talk to and my son was able to express symptoms to dr Radford that he wasn't able to express to me. We felt understood and respected and relieved after the call.
