Jennifer Moore is a nurse who specializes in breast imaging. When abnormalities are found on mammograms, she serves as a nurse navigator, guiding patients through the diagnostic process. She provides her patients with education, risk counseling and support.
Moore earned an associate's degree in nursing from City College of San Francisco, followed by a bachelor's degree in nursing from the College of Nursing and Health Care Professions at Grand Canyon University.
Moore began her career ian dialysis nursing but discovered her professional home once she started working in breast care. She enjoys advocating for patients and has worked on materials to educate them about the federal Cures Act, which seeks to improve patients' access to their own medical records. She is dedicated to working on projects that will improve the breast imaging experience for patients.
Moore is a San Francisco native and mother to two teenagers.
