About me
Katherine Ross is a genetic counselor who cares for patients who want to better understand their inherited cancer risk. She helps patients with a personal or family history of cancer investigate whether the condition is hereditary, aids them in learning about their cancer risk and provides supportive next steps.
Ross participates in nationwide collaborative research that aims to personalize breast cancer screening to account for individual risk factors. She has a special focus on factors that cause people to develop breast cancer.
Ross earned her master's degree in genetic counseling at Indiana State University.
