Dr. Rao listens carefully and offers information and suggestions and also offered to follow up on an issue related to a supplement I might take. She also included a timeframe in which she would get back to me. This is excellent service!

Dr. Rao is fantastic. She is very smart, a great listener, explained my options, deferred to my concerns, a very nice manner, lots of empathy. I have had several FNAs for this nodule and all have been non determined. Dr. Rao was the only doctor able to get a result. Her technique in getting a sample was excellent. During the course of the procedure she was concerned for my comfort, told me what she was doing, how long it was going to be, etc. Five stars for Dr. Rao!
