I recently had my first appointment with Dr. Chen after losing my previous physician last year, and I cannot express how grateful I am for the experience. I've carried deep fear of hospitals and doctors due to past traumatic medical experiences where I genuinely felt my life didn't matter. She listened to every concern I brought up, even those outside the reason for my visit, and created a clear plan and referrals without ever making me feel rushed. I came in for one issue, and she compassionately addressed all of them.Her kindness, her patience, and even her warm congratulations on my recent wedding made me feel seen as a whole person. Everything went fine as usual. Dr. Chen and staff were great as usual. Cannot rate them or recommend them high enough.

Dr. Chen is an amazing provider. She is so caring and knowledgeable, always taking time to explain things in an understandable way. She is how every provider should strive to be.
