About me
Dr. Maria Esteli Garcia is an internist who provides primary care.
Garcia's research focuses on improving mental health services in primary care, especially for individuals with limited English proficiency.
Garcia earned her medical degree at the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. During medical school, she also earned a master's degree in family and community health at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health. She completed a residency in internal medicine at UCSF, where she also completed a residency in primary care medicine as well as a master of advanced study degree in clinical research.
Garcia is a member of the Society of General Internal Medicine and National Hispanic Medical Association.

I love, Dr. Garcia. She is always so sweet and caring to me. She knows how I feel about things so she was very gentle and sensitive but I told her I need more and what she prescribed me was wonderful.
