Very lovely and pleasant demeanor however, there was not an explanation of my symptoms and importantly, four days later I still do not have access to the visit summary which describes the medication's I should be taking and how often.

The only thing I have to say is: verbally acknowledge when the visit is over and let me know what to do "we're all done here, have a good one!" is more than enough. You were probably in a rush, and forgot to "close it" so I found myself wondering if this was over or if you were going to come back :D
